Hey there!
thanks for stopping by, and welcome to Alchemy Hair Collective! The vision for the salon was to create a space unlike the others in our area. It wasn't only the salon itself, it was the feel, the vibe, and the people. I wanted to create a collective of like-minded, talented, independent stylists under one roof, We Opened in November 2021, and i can confidently say it has quickly become just that. We have such a wonderful, talented, incredible group of women here at Alchemy, and we are so excited to share it with you!

Ashley Lanier
Hi! I'm Ashley, and i'm the owner and stylist at Alchemy. I've been doing hair since 2008.
I have built a wonderful clientele over the last decade, I love what I do, and am so thankful every day I can go to a job that I can learn, inspire, and make you feel beautiful inside and out.
I am a wife to the sweetest guy, a mother of boy/girl twins. They keep me very busy when I am not working, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Fiona McLaughlin
Fiona has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She started her career in Napa California, and has worked in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. She has also had extensive high-end training in both Los Angeles and Ireland.
She is currently splitting her time working behind the chair both in San Francisco and Benicia.
Fiona is a true artist. She is a Blonde Specialist, but can achieve gorgeous hair on anyone who sits in her chair. She brings a true sense of professionalism and upbeat attitude, and we are so happy she is a part of the team at Alchemy!

Maren Dooley
Maren wants her clients feeling confident they are getting a quality and relaxed experience, where they feel heard along with being offered current and innovative techniques to achieve desired results.
Working in the industry for 20 years in LA and the SF Bay Area, she is an expert in easy, stylish hair. Highly trained and experienced in sun-kissed balayage highlights, grey coverage/blending, and precision hair cutting.
She also offers healthy alternatives, including no ammonia hair color and bond conditioning that preserve the integrity of the hair. On site work, such as weddings and photo shoots are available upon request.
She is such a great addition to the Alchemy Team, where she focuses on giving her clients a personal experience focusing on what makes them feel amazing,
